Meds plus: There are plenty of sleeping meds available, including Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or melatonin. However, you should have good sleep hygiene, going to bed the same time, waking the same time, avoiding night time alcohol or caffeine, making sure that your bedroom is dark, and cool.
