Circadian clock: I believe first 4-5 hours of sleep a night is not enough, the first step to increase your sleeping time, second our circadian clock regulate the timing of periods of sleepiness and wakefulness throughout the day. The circadian rhythm dips and rises at different times of the day, therefore you feels sleepy at specific time of the day or night like between 2-4 pm or 2-5 am.
