Any: None of the medications used to treat hypertension are absolutely contraindicated by diabetes. We commonly use ace inhibitors or arbs as they tend to protect the kidneys in diabetics.

Most of them: As a diabetic on insulin, in theory you can take almost any blood pressure medicine. Ideally, it should start with ace inhibitors or arb class medicines. For diabetics there's some additive protective effects on your kidneys.
