What kind of sinus medication should a diabetic with high blood pressure take?

No pseudofed: Alot of sinus medications contain pseudofed, which can dangerously raise the blood pressure in people with hypertension. Look for labels that state "hbp" on them, or ask the pharmacist for ones that don't contain pseudofed (also called pseudoephedrine).
