Options: Hi. I don't know what doses of lisinopril and carvedilol you're on. Options may be to increase the dose of one or both of those drugs, or to add another class of drugs such as a thiazide or calcium channel blocker. I agree that your BP should be lower, much as you borderline meet guidelines. Make sure your diabetes is very well controlled too. Good luck!
