Examine your life: Keep track of what you do for a few days. Is there anything you can live without doing? Is exercising a chore, something you make yourself do? Or do you do it because it makes you feel better? Most people perform better when they include physical activity in their day. So spending time exercising will pay you back in improved performance. Try it for a couple weeks & see if it makes a difference.
