A member asked:

I'm diabetic, which the suitable time for exercise, , morning or evening?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Anytime: Exercise is good no matter when you do it. Some diabetics, however, will find that sugars rise in the morning when they exercise rather than fall. Exercising in the evening almost always lowers sugars. However, if it is not practical to exercise in the evening, do it in the morning rather than not exercising at all.
