Maybe.: All human activity and emotions are generally not abnormal unless they result in serious physical or emotional problems when carried to extremes. Another consideration is what the goals are of your exercising and if you reach those goals whether yopu modify your exercising to keep yopou goalintact or you go beyond it and it causes negative things to happen in other areas of your life.
