Follow Rx only.: Nasal steroid preparations can be very effective - if used correctly & with proper dosage & duration. Also, they require the patient inhale thru nose. It's unlikely your baby can use it effectively. If you're referring to your own use affecting the baby, then not directly. Be sure you only use steroids exactly as rx'd-- & that applies even more so if you're giving them to a child.
