PND: Since you are being treated for the chronic pharyngitis, you may need to get the Post Nasal Drip (PND) treated as that can also cause some of your issues, and until that gets treated, you may still have some issues. Best wishes.

Throat: sounds like a combo of things, You should see an allergist to check for allergies. If none, then see a GI doc to check for acid reflux.
