Take a list of your symptoms/treatments to your doc for an in person evaluation. The many statements crammed into your post does not present the picture a full history/exam and testing could provide or whether any of the listed treatments are of value in the situation.

From your note, you describe asthma, allergic rhinitis and symptoms that are not well controlled. A infection of the sinuses and bronchitis should be considered. A course of antibiotics may be indicated. Continue the asthma medications as prescribed, but also discuss SMART therapy, to help control your asthma. Nasal saline is sometimes effective in reducing nasal congestion and post nasal drip.
