Itching rashes: Consider evaluation for diabetes, sometimes thigh rashes especially if on inner thigh are due to yeast (fungus)which tends to overgrow in diabetics. May benefit from clotrimazole ( the vaginal form is over the counter)Alternatively could be just fungal without diabetes, eczema, dermatitis reaction to environment, staph infection,.lyme, autoimmune. F/U w/doc/urgent care
