I have no period right now.i had a tvs ultrasound today.the doctor said normal sized uterus, thick endometrial stripe, normal ovaries and cervix.

Congratulations ! ?: Your transvaginal sonogram seems to be normal...depending on your age, parity, personal and family history , the medical indication for the tvs etc. If by "I have no period now" you mean you are postmenopausal or if you use estrogens, you may need a saline sonohysterogram or further evaluation by endometrial biopsy. Consult the gynecologist who knows you.
