Normal uterus: Us of uterus is normal . Irregular periods, overweight , facial hair and inability to conceive and insulin resistance are part poly cystic ovarian disease.

Hello, I am 28 years old. I recently had a Pelvic, Transva ultrasound. My Endometrial stripe was 2.1CM (21 mm), ovaries unremarkable, with some fluid in the cul de sac. There was atleast 2 2.1 mm cysts shown. Uterus otherwise ok. Shoud i be concerned?
