Radiculopathy: Your symptoms are likely unrelated to your Total Hip Arthroplasty performed in 2008. "Electrical jolts" are associated with more nerve issues which could include a multitude of things: radiculopathy, spinal stenosis, foraminal stenosis, sciatica, etc. No worries at this point about your total hip. If these symptoms do continue, it would be advisable to see your Primary Care Physician.
