Both hips are artificial, yesterday i fell and landed on my left hip/cheek area. today i am starting to have mild pain in the front of my leg radiating down towards my knee and pain in my pelvis. could i have done damage to my implant when i fell?

Yes : And/or pelvis in the form of a pelvic fracture. Having a follow up with your ortho or PCP will be the next step.
