Can taking 50mg of topamax (topiramate) twice a day lower a persons blood pressure? i take it along with 200mg of carbamazepine 3 times a day. i am epileptic.

Topamax (topiramate): Topiramate (Topamax) is a newer anticonvulsant that blocks voltage-gated sodium ion channels similar to carbamazepine. There are many other medications to manage blood pressure.
