Clusters also: Topamax (topiramate) can also be used to treat cluster headaches. As with any medication side effects are possible. The most common side effects fortopamax are numbness & tingling, fatigue, taste change, weight loss, difficutly with concentration/memory. This if course, is not a complete list. Check the insert that came with your rx for complete list of side effects. Elevated BP is not one of them.
