Good question: Transaminases ( alt / ast) and albumen are ok? Sounds like Lamictal is being titrated . Carbamazepine 10-11 epoxide should be checked as well as the cbc. Need a bit more information. He neurologist needs to discuss this ( there are other reasons for elevated ggt).
