I have epilepsy and take 200mg topamax (topiramate) twice daily. is it ok to take adderall or adderall xr with my topamax (topiramate) to assist with my anxiety/focus?

Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) XR treats : Symptoms of adhd, but can increase anxiety, as can any stimulant. I could not find any studies on the efficacy of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) for reducing topamax's side effects of difficulty with word-retrieval, loss of train-of -thought & loss of memory, so i'll refer your question to adult psychiatrists on the panel. Both meds can cause weight loss. There is no adverse drug interaction listed.
