Lymphadenopathy = Ca: If a patient has large lymph nodes (Lymphadenopathy) Ca must be ruled out in most cases. Lymphoma is high on list but most any cancers can spread to LNs. Large lymph nodes can be the result of infections or other inflammatory disease. Do you have Hx of pancreatitis?
