MR = regurgitation: Per your comments in quotation marks, yes, you have mitral regurgitation or insufficiency. As to its severiry, mild, moderate or severe, is not mentioned in your verbiage. Therefore, I feel your echo report is "incomplete" and ought to be re-read. Further if MVP with regurgitation,you ought to be advised on SBE prophylaxis.
