Echocardiogram MVP: There is a degree of interpreter variation in echocardiograms. I would have your provider or your speak to the doctor who read the most recent echo and ask him to compare to the previous which noted MVP. The fact that the first said trivial MR indicates it was a very borderline reading, the same can be said about "mild MVP"
