MVP: 5 yrs ago finding may be with MVP, now it looks normal, that is good. As long as the echo was read by a reputable cardiologist and you do not have any other signs or symptoms of MVP, take the good news. Do not worry.

MVP: MVP can be intermittent. There are also degrees of MVP and mild MVP can sometimes disappear with time. There is also the possibility that it wasn't really there the first time or that it was missed the second time.
