There are many: things that can affect the ECHO result including the interpreter's quality and experience. In addition the quality of the technician and the views obtained will affect the result. Also the state of hydration and physiological dynamics when you are having the ECHO. Regardless, if it is questionable whether you have MVP it is probably not clinically relevant and you shouldn't be concerned.
