See a surgeon.: If you've had surgery before, it is likely that you might have adhesions. Though most adhesion related bowel obstruction clears up with conservative measures, some cases need to undergo surgery again. It would be best for you to see a reputable conservative surgeon as soon as possible to get a better assessment clinically and with imaging studies.
