Hyperthyroid: A TSH of .006 is consistent with hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid). He should have a free T4 level, T3 (liothyronine) level, and needs to see an endocrinologist. However, thyroid disease usually does not cause seizures, so that may need to be evaluated as well.

Seizure: Hopefully he is seeing a doctor regarding the seizure. The TSH level is very low and most likely reflects very high thyroid levels (T4 and T3). These might be contributing to the seizure. At the very least the thyroid levels need measurement followed by necessary care.
