See your doctor: Your symptoms could be coming from something else - depression, lyme disease, sleep apnea etc. You need further evaluation.

Referral: Consider getting second opinion or referral to see an endocrinologist. There is some debate as to whether the higher end of the normal lab range is truly normal for all, or masks some with hypothyroidism. However, your free T4 seems to be normal range, so that is reassuring.
