More than one issue: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, you seem to have more than one issue. One being deficiency of iron that is easily correctable with oral iron. However the ANA at 640 deserves further investigation that can only be done in-person. Please follow your doctor's advice
