Medical evaluation: You have many complaints that can suggest many problems and beyond the scope of this space. Muscle weakness can come from inflammatory muscle disease and lab testing and a full neurologic exam. Arthritic conditions such as rheumatoid can cause joint pain but also muscle pain. Problems in the spine such as disc narrowing can cause some of these issues. Again you need a full workup by a provider
