Impossible to say: Unlikely that you have cidp or acute immune polyneuritis, but some of your problems might be due to peripheral nerve issues. An EMG test done expertly could assist. Another question might involve a process such as multiple sclerosis, but that too cannot be confirmed in absence of MRI images. Spinal fluid analysis might be useful. Seek out a neurologist and pin down precise answer.
