See below: This are changes observed in particular leads and not absolute but suggestive (depending on the criteria). Left Atrial abnormality maybe is suggesting hypertension or another etiology that increased pressure. this could be backing up to the RV and cause hypertrophy. If that is the case you would Short of breath or have some difficulty breathing. More info needed to answer properly
