Tonsil "stone": It sounds like you may have a tonsil stone, aka "cryptic debris" or tonsillolith, which is a common condition where trapped debris calcifies in the little crevices along the tonsils. Try gargling with warm saltwater (be sure to spit out) to see if this will loosen/remove it. If no relief, see your Dr.
