Is your uvula suppose to be behind your tongue? when i open my mouth i can see my tonsils and the back of my throat but i cant see the bottom of my uvula is that normal?

Uvula : The uvula is a midline structure that results from the fusion of your soft palate tissue. You should see the tip of your uvula. This is typically caused by allergies, viral infections or even drug reactions.

Can be normal: Most uvulas do not touch the tongue- they are rarely that long, but in rare cases can be. Consult Dr if difficulty swallowing or breathing but if no symptoms & just a visual thing then don’t need to worry
