Can dry throat and mouth be caused by dry weather? it has been cold, plus being indoors with the heat on makes it worst.

Maybe: depending on what type of heat you use the air may be very dry. could also be the start of an upper respiratory infection. rarely there are some autoimmune conditions and sometimes some meds can do it. I wouldn't stress out. if it doesn't get better then see your physician.
