I have a tiny pain in the area just above my pubic hair line and slightly to the left it is not painful at all really it's more annoying than anything?

Tiny muscle strain..: or pinched skin nerve. There are muscular and nerve structures just below the surface of the skin in this area. If a muscle were strained, I would expect bigger area of discomfort than "tiny pain." So I suspect a tiny pinched nerve. Annoying would be a typical way to describe something like this. It should spontaneously go away within a few days. I wouldn't worry more about it. Best wishes!
