Tiny muscle strain..: or pinched skin nerve. There are muscular and nerve structures just below the surface of the skin in this area. If a muscle were strained, I would expect bigger area of discomfort than "tiny pain." So I suspect a tiny pinched nerve. Annoying would be a typical way to describe something like this. It should spontaneously go away within a few days. I wouldn't worry more about it. Best wishes!
