Possible herpes: Ingrown hairs, esp if you shave, are quite common, but they are usually solitary, and dermatitis not recurrent. A cluster of pimples with clear fluid sounds suspicious for herpes, which could be either type 1 or 2. The only way to be sure is to have them examined by your family doctor, gyn or dermatologist, shortly after they erupt. Cultures could confirm, but exam my be enough
