Anomaly: This anomaly doesn't appear to be anything to be concerned about unless there are signs of inflammation such as redness, tenderness,swelling or drainage from the area. Cutting the hair to lessen its bulk periodically may be an option. You could consult your physician or dermatologist for evaluation, however.
