I'm going away tomorrow, but the bracket on my incisor is loose. if i can't get an appointment is there any way i can stick the bracket to the tooth?

No: i would not even try. One of my patient used over the counter glue and ended up with very serious and very expensive long term damage. Let professional do their job. Good luck

Nope: Bracket needs to be removed, tooth prepped, bracket re-bonded, bracket reattached to wire. You don't have the instruments, adhesives, or skills to do it. Your orthodontist can squeeze you in for this. Make the time to go to the office.

Not really: Either postpone your trip or make appt to get back in to your Orthodontist immediately upon your return. Avoid hard, sticky, chewey foods.

No!: How long are you going to be away? If you can get it fixed by your doctor in a week or two it probably won't make much of a difference. Also, if the wire holds the bracket in place over the tooth it is still functioning in keeping that tooth from moving forward. If you are going to be away for a while, ask your Dr. to arrange for help near where you are.
