Need help. I've got a small tooth coming out on back of my left adult lateral incisor. Can it be removed?

A year ago my lower left wisdom tooth erupted, Since then I have noticed that my jaw has been popping and clicked from time to time. It isn't painful though but whenever I tried to open my mouth wide, it will make my jaw popped. Is this normal?
