Unlikely: Doesn't sound like arthritis of significance, more likely may represent some degree of hip impingement. Slight bony prominence on femoral head, slightly excessive overhang of anterior hip socket or both. These bony abnormalities can lead to labral tearing and ultimately arthritis if left unchecked. Diagnosis requires additional xrays/MRI.Labral tears can be repaired and excess bone resected.
