Many kinds exist: But why do you think this? Truth be told, I'd suspect heart disease if and only if you are not able keep up athletically with other typical people your own age. There are plenty of different kinds of heart disease, most very uncommon at your age, and with normal exercise tolerance and a normal physical exam and no nasty rhythm problems or obviously heart type pain, I'd Rx: "Stop worrying."

Question: If you are asking if it is possible you have some sort of heart problem despite having those normal tests, the answer is yes. If you are asking whether is is probable, then that answer is no. Not impossible but not very probable.
