Bronchitis : you most likely have bronchitis and may need antibiotics and Mucinex (guaifenesin) to liquefy mucous plugs.

Chest Sounds: you need to be seen, examined by a physician and probably get a chest X-ray to determine what the source of these sounds are. Get it done today.
