See pediatrician: It is hard to tell as to what may be causing it. You can only relieves the problem after you have found out the cause. If the problem has been present for less than a week and improving, you may give it another week . If it has been present for more than 2 weeks without improving or even getting worse, get her checked out.

Mgt.: I would suggest a cool air mist humidifier, nasal saline drops to remove any nasal mucus, checking her temperature and being seen by your PCP. If she is experiencing difficulty breathing please see the ED.
