Warning: This is the problem with the gamble of smoking. It causes irritation by chemically burning the lung tissue requiring healing and scarring, thus shortening breath with emphysema. It sets up bone & nerve pain all over the body. It lowers ability to destroy cancer cells and stimulates cancer development in every organ, not just lungs. Advise stopping, but get check by doc.
