Left back pain: The differential diagnosis for your condition is huge. It could be a pain from kidney stone to localized muscular pain to a referred pain from underlying condition. I would recommend you to be seen by a doctor and get examined and probably obtain labs. If the pain is severe, you should visit a emergency room
