Start slow: Getting fit is an excellent goal. Sometimes people get and just give up. It is best to start slowly and find some achievable goals that you can achieve. You could start with walking for 15 minutes daily. Build up slowly. Use a personal trainer if that is an option for you. Keep a diary of your food and exercise so that you can go back to it once a week and make adjustments. Good luck.
