Stay calm !!: Popping a pimple does not lead to death if the pimple was related to a skin problem such as acne. Most likely, the pimple and your headache are not related. If you are concerned, you should see a doctor regarding your headache if it is unusual or not responsive to OTC Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin assuming you have not allergies to these medications.
