What causes coughing and runny nose without a fever and ear pain and ear pressure and feeling like your ears are popping and sore throat and headache and hoarse voice i been coughing for a few weeks now with runny nose and headache at times no fever?

This would be consistent with an exposure to airborne allergens which often affect the upper airway and associated functions. A trial of a non sedating antihistamine like fexofenadine (Allegra) may provide some relief. These symptoms often arise in specific seasons when the triggering pollen/agent is in high numbers & disappears when the season ends.
