Sometimes when i wash my face with acne cleanser it gets up my nose. i get a burning sensation in one nostril that goes away shortly followed with a headache on one side. i flush it with water. should i be worried when this happens?

Not particularly: The inside of your nose is lined with a sensitive later if membrane.Such agents can produce a transient burning sensation. If left in place it would cause a local burn. Minor irritation will self heal quickly.
